About ACN Collective
ACN Collective is a boutique advisory and execution practice serving organizations, executives and business owners. The work spans four areas: business development and client strategy; brand, marketing and communications; events and experiences; and executive solutions and special projects. Clients come to ACN Collective with work that crosses teams, involves many stakeholders or simply needs someone to own it. Engagements are flexible, from ongoing embedded support to a single high-priority project.
I'm Anne Nikolaus, founder of ACN Collective. I've spent my career as the person leaders turn to when something important needs attention: managing key relationships, delivering a major event, leading a launch, or owning an initiative that needs to get done.
For more than 17 years, I worked in business development and marketing at national and global law firms. I built client strategy for global industry sectors, led executive-level client listening, and planned events and experiences that brought people together. What I learned is that strategy only matters when someone carries it through, and that's where I do my best work.
I started ACN Collective to bring that same blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on follow-through to more organizations and leaders. I hold an MBA and a B.A. in Communication from Villanova University, and I'm based in Philadelphia and the Main Line.
